Payment Methods
1.Cash or Card Payment Upon Receipt at Postal Offices and Pickup Points
To use this payment option, we kindly ask for a prepayment of 200 UAH. The remaining balance can be paid upon receipt.
Also, please note: when picking up your parcel at a Nova Poshta office, an additional fee of 20 UAH + 2% of the cash-on-delivery amount applies. You can settle the balance with cash or a bank card.
2.Online Payment by Bank Card through LiqPay
Select the "LiqPay Online Payment" option. You will be redirected to the payment page, where you will need to enter your card details (the cardholder's name should be entered in Latin letters). After entering the information, click "Pay."
Delivery Methods
1.Receiving goods at the Nova Poshta branch The delivery time of the parcel by the Nova Poshta company to the destination is 1-3 working days. Orders placed before 14:00 are handed over to the Nova Poshta company on the same day for delivery. Orders placed after 14:00 are handed over to the Nova Poshta company the next day. After that, the carrier will notify you of the exact dates and time of arrival of the goods at the destination. You can pay for the order using VISA/Mastercard cards when placing the order or in cash at the Nova Poshta branch.
Please be sure to check the parcel upon receipt at the Nova Poshta branch. If you notice any damage to the parcel or shortage of any items, you can refuse the parcel by drawing up the appropriate act with the representative of the Nova Poshta company. Please keep one copy and give the other to the carrier's representative.
2.Receiving goods at the UkrPoshta branch If the order is delivered by the UkrPoshta company, it will be sent the next day after placing the order. Delivery by UkrPoshta takes 4 to 6 days. You can pay for the order using VISA/Mastercard cards when placing the order or in cash at the UkrPoshta branch.
The order can only be received by the person specified in the transport declaration as the recipient. You must have an identity document with you.
Please be sure to check the parcel upon receipt in the presence of the UkrPoshta company representative. If you notice any damage to the parcel or shortage of any items, you can refuse the parcel by drawing up the appropriate act with the company representative. Please keep one copy and give the other to the UkrPoshta representative.
3.Courier delivery to the door Orders are calculated according to the carrier's rates. The delivery time of the parcel by the Nova Poshta company to the destination is 1-3 working days. Orders placed before 14:00 are handed over to the Nova Poshta company on the same day for delivery. Orders placed after 14:00 are handed over to the Nova Poshta company the next day. After that, the carrier will notify you of the exact dates and time of arrival of the goods at the destination.
